So what’s this about rape traps in vaginas? That’s messed up.

It’s my birthday today — for real now. I just got a bunch of automated happy birthdays which upset me for some reason. They’re so fake.

I’m going to try and use up those birthday passes at Famous Players. Let’s hope they let me watch 4 movies hah.

1. Just Like Heaven
2. The Exorcism Of Emily Rose or Cry Wolf or… The Man.

Help me decide asap. Time to break out into song.

*Strings* If I could find you now things would get better / We could leave this town and run forever / I know somewhere, somehow we’ll be together
Let your waves crash down on me and take me away

I also watched an RCMP helicopter land on a field today.

So yesterday was the party and tommorow is my birthday. What do I write about? I don’t know. So all the HMV giftcards finally got back to me, lmao. Thanks guys. I got a lot of Lego, thanks Nick and crew. Thanks everyone. I’m going to use all of those birthday passes at Silvercity tommorow.

Lord of War was a good movie.

After getting the popup of a new update available for Zone Alarm (Free) I promptly followed instructions and tried to do it.

I hit clean install and after a moment or two it said that it encountered an error with TrueVector a few times and then said it completed the installation. When I restarted the computer the firewall icon didn’t appear by my system clock so as I was going into the Start Menu my computer reset.

After this I tried to uninstall the firewall but it would not allow me to do so. I then tried to run the update again via the download off of Zonelabs.com but it kept telling me TrueVector caused an error. Obviously something was wrong with the TrueVector software as it wasn’t letting me uninstall it or anything.

The next thing I did was look up the symptoms here as a DLL was broken apparently (ZCOMM.DLL) and read that to fix the installation I’d have to manually uninstall the program. I did so but before I did this I tried to use the Add & Remove Programs tool in the Windows XP Pro control panel and to my surprise, almost all of the programs I’d installed had disappeared from the list. After I manually uninstalled the firewall I reinstalled it and now it works fine but all of my programs have disappeared from the Add & Remove Programs list!

I was quite disappointed as this had never happened with any of the previous updates but also because now most of my software won’t run. I’ll either have to reformat my computer now or re-install everything. That’s 60gb of data.

Can anyone help? I looked in the registry and it looks like it removed all of the uninstall keys but left itself (Zonealarm).
