Dear Anton,

Thank you for contacting Windows live support, my name is Dallas. We understand you have questions about replying to all. Did you send the email ok? or did it send 10 times the one time you sent it? I am a little confused as to what you are saying. Can you email us back again and supply us with a detailed step by step process that you have done?
