If you tried to access the site within the last few hours you would've noticed it was down. If it's still down for you please clear your broswer cache.
For Firefox: Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Cache -> Click Clear Cache.
For Internet Explorer: Tools -> Internet Options -> General -> Click Delete Files in the Temporary Internet Files box.
