  1. I'm not sure how to respond to that. I'm also an SP fan, but I don't know what that has to do with playing some MG tunes. What I'd really like is to jam with other people on some MG tracks. I like to play along at home; and having played in various acts for awhile I know everything is better with a band. It's another way to enjoy amazing music. If anyone's in the area that would be cool. If not, I'd be up for helping to coordinate arrangements across the distance using Cubase (sorry, no ProTools). -d
  2. This thread deals with how the MG songs are played. There haven't been any official tab books for MG's music, but there are plenty of tabs available online (Ultimate Guitar Archive is a good source). That being said there are a few favourites that are incorrect or missing altogether. Are there any MG songs you'd like to learn to play that you can't find tabs for? I'd like to learn his solo version of 'while we were hunting rabbits', but I can't seem to get the chords, or even the rhythym, does anyone have any insight?
  3. Does anyone know if there have been any (decent) MG tribute bands / acts? And on a related note, is there anyone in the Portland OR area that would be interested in collaborating on some super awesome MG covers?
