Ipod Video?

I just got a 30gb iPod Video, and I'm at a loss at where I can find movies/series to download that are "ipod ready". I don't really fancy having to convert tons of episodes...

 

Any good torrent places for something like that?

 

And any good series people would recommend me starting? I'm hoping to use my iPod video while working out...

 

I'm very into Foreign (mostly Asian tho), Sci-Fi, Fantasy, stuff like that. Or perhaps is there any anime people would suggest? Actiony movies?

 

I've been trying to find Death Note in mp4 form, but having no luck :/

The best place is really iTunes. Otherwise those converted are either poor quality or in lacking selection.
