My mom just came back from North Carolina, and she brought me back some chopped BBQ!!!! Yeehaw!!!! I'm making coleslaw right now!!! D-Lite knows what I'm talking about!!!!

My mom is actually making coleslaw today for my sister's 2nd birthday extravaganza on Saturday. We're going to have ribs and chicken and a big hunk of some other meat which I have yet to discern.

Except we call it "spit roast" or "pig roast."

In North Carolina, You Take wild Pig, skin it, gut it, and drive a stake through it, and roast it...We call it a spitroast...We drink, go offroad racing, horse racing, some of the more inbred types bang their sisters and cousins, while us. normals laugh hysterically at them
