i had a very large argument in the theatre before i saw it.

I am going for a 7th time this weekend. I'm over the voice thing. He does sound menacing as all hell though.

i dont think a vocal distorter thing in the suit would've helped anything. he would just sound like the villain from scream, and it would've made it even more difficult to take him seriously. iron man having a distorter makes sense. but not batman.

Yeah, and part of the coolness of Batman, is that it is Bruce Wayne under that mask, or rather Batman is wearing the Bruce Wayne mask. That he can go back and forth between playboy goof, and menacing Dark Knight is what makes the character so appealing. The voice is just one aspect.

he's insanely rich, i'm sure he could make one that would not sound like the killer from scream and make him sound like less of a douche.
