i agree, especially the last half of the album.

The one thing that really bugs me about this album is how almost every song has an instrumental outro that could be about 30 seconds to a minute shorter.

This is true of almost every Hip song.

This is true of almost every Hip song.

I don't mind it for their songs that are weird and hip-esque like scared, or titanic terrarium, but it annoys me on the songs I find more bland like daredevil.

i like "put it off" quite a bit, and it doesn't seemto be a song that a lot of people (casual fans, like myself) are familiar with.

I find it funny because most CD's have a good hidden jem of song that isn't radio played or even played at a concert.

i.e. In Violet Light - Throwing Off Glass... it is a great song

Definitely Day For Night. Most of their records have a hidden gem on them somewhere, but I can't say so for World Container. I loved In View...but that's it...maybe Family Band.

I am however looking forward to the new record in April.

Put It Off is great. Other underrated Hip songs (IMHO) are Escape Is At Hand For The Travellin' Man, Flamenco, The Dark Canuck, A Beautiful Thing, Tiger The Lion, On The Verge, Inevitability Of Death, Vapour Trails, Chagrin Falls, The Bear, Heart Of The Melt, The Drop Off...I'll stop there I think.

my favorite hidden gem track has to be "don't wake daddy" from trouble in the hen house, LOVE that track...
