Is Black Market Surgeries Worth Tracking Down?

I just finished reading At Last Theres Nothing Left to Say and I was wondering if its worth getting Black Market Surgeries since he used some of the same material in both books.

I wouldn't bother. ALTINLTS is Black Market Surgery with some additional stories that didn't get printed with Black Market Surgery. If you already have ALTINLTS the only reason to get a copy of Black Market Surgery would be for collector's purposes.

I bought a signed copy off ebay a few months back, and it's not all that impressive. Like Dan #3 said, it was just for collectors purposes. You could probably track down the manifestos online if you really wanted.

I agree that it is just a collector's item so I wouldn't bother on that. I'm a collector so I got it off ebay quite awhile ago.
