Absolutely Christine. Do what you need to do to get it resolved. My personal feeling has always been, when an entity sells a product, they are responsible for it, no matter where it comes from. It shouldn't be my problem if the merchandise if faulty, it's the merchandise retailer's problem.

especially when that entity has an open program, like future shop.

 

 

they are a giant. there to steal customers away from little shops that cant afford to take product back. it's part of the business model. they have the buying power and negotiating skills to be able to almost bully suppliers into doing credits and refunds.

Exactly, the same goes for Walmart, Target, and Best Buy among others. I never hesitate to bring something back. I even did that with a car once. Sales Mgr. fought me tooth and nail...so I called the dealership owner, and an hour later they came and picked it up.
