Other Artists/bands You Would Recommend To A Mg Fan?

I'm always looking for new music, and since I don't listen to the radio, I have to rely on recommendations and random songs in fsts to find new artists, which rarely results in things I'm likely to enjoy.

 

 

Shearwater, The Mountain Goats (seeing them on the 15th, too!), and Mumford & Sons are also in heavy rotation for me right now, if that tells you anything else about what I'm drawn to.

Katie Costello (the album Lamplight)

Murder By Death (The album Bitter Drink, Bitter Moon, "Go to the Light" is a great song)

Mad June (Their single "November" and also the album "We're Not Strangers", Canadian!)

The only other artist I like as much as Matthew Good is Joseph Arthur. They have very different sounds but they are the two greatest artists of our generation imo.
