Chaotic Neutral 2015/2016 Tour Dates

Recommended Posts

It looks like the tour is kicking off in Victoria this November 6th, I don't have exact dates and venues yet though.

Here's what we know so far: Matthew Good 2015 Tour Dates

I believe Scott Helman is going to be opening for Matthew. Working on a news post.

Please post any other dates you find!

I was really hoping Holly McNarland would open for Matt on this tour, then she could also perform a couple of tracks with him!

I'm not complaining about Scott Helman, it's just that Holly is amazing.

Sounds like they'll be announcing the tour dates after the video Q & A next week.  Facebook says something about an announcement.

If Toronto is after November 7th (work issues) I will make an attempt to fly up. I doubt a (full band) US tour is coming.

Fingers crossed he heads this way around sxsw time again. If he does a Buffalo date I could be persuaded to fly home for a visit.

Fingers crossed for a Philadelphia or near-by city date...

As a recent transplant from Buffalo, I will cross my fingers with you.  Canada isn't quite the easy drive it used to be.

Really bummed out about no London date on this tour.  Guess it's not a big enough draw for him.  Looks like I'll be driving to Toronto or waiting until the end of the tour in Hamilton if I want the VIP experience.  No price listed yet for this package:

HOLY CRAP! The VIP experience I've always wanted!

Though it doesn't say there will be an autograph signing which scares me. You'd think it would be a no-duh situation that there most likely would be but it's not listed & if it comes with an already signed laminate & no CD/Poster/Vinyl that's provided for you to take up to the table and get signed by Matt... makes me wonder.

Comparing it to the Arrows of Desire tour:

Matthew Good "Arrows of Desire" Fan Experience VIP Package:

VIP Ticket Package Includes:

One (1) Premium Ticket in the first 10 rows

Or one (1) GA Ticket (Venue Dependent)

Post-Show Meet and Greet with Matthew Good

One (1) Exclusive 12" "Arrows of Desire" Vinyl

One (1) Exclusive Tour Poster

One (1) Commemorative Tour Laminate

I'll add the dates sometime tonight. Anyone find how much the VIP upgrade costs?

No price yet from what I could find.

Last year it was $119, but apparently this year you need to buy the ticket first then "upgrade" it to VIP. Considering that there's less merchandise items given for VIP like the Arrows tour it will probably be less than $100.

I doubt that there will be an autograph signing this time.  That's likely why they're giving away the signed laminate.  I'm guessing they're not to keep Matt healthy during the tour, as those months are prime time for illnesses.

I think they'll still keep it at around the same price point.  Still can't find any pricing.  The rest of the shows are up on the VIP site now.

I can see that being a reason, it would just be strange being around him for possibly 3 hours & no autograph or photo lol.

Long time ago, I won a spot at Matt Good's soundcheck at the Whiskey but didn't make it. I will go for sure this time. I've never been to a soundcheck before. This should be interesting.

Wow, seriously? No stops in Saskatchewan?

I'm really bummed, that really sucks. I wanted to take my gf but now there won't be a chance. :(

Awe. Sorry to hear that. They skipped an entire province. I wonder why. Maybe it was due to time constraints.

I was wondering that too.

It has a bigger capacity than the Jack Singer:

Grey Eagle Casino - 2,317 seated or 2,900 general admission

Jack Singer Capacity: up to 1797

Slash is playing there in October. Maybe I will go and get a sneak preview of the venue. It looks nice from the pictures.

I'm really sad I can't make this tour. I had a VIP ticket for last tour (Arrows) at the Saskatoon show but I couldn't make the show because I became extremely ill the day of and couldn't drive there. I contacted the tour company to at least see if I could get the VIP merch mailed to me or something, and I never got replies back. So I spent like $200 on a show I never even got to go to :(

Now I can't go to this tour because he's not even visiting the province. I could drive to Calgary or Winnipeg, but that's a 6 to 7-hour drive plus I'd need to book 2 days off work and get a hotel for my gf and I. It's probably not worth it.

:(

I'm gonna try to fly up to Toronto or Montreal. Toronto is probably better timing for me...that first week of December. Flights from NYC to Toronto that weekend are under $220 at the moment.

Probably wouldn't do VIP experience. Not because it's not cool, but I just don't want to invest a whole ton into this considering already having to pay for a flight.
