Chinese Water Torture

I was reading a review of MGB's set at Edgefest in Ottawa in 1999. The reviewer wrote that the band played a song called "Chinese Water Torture". I have never heard of this song before. Does anyone else have any info about this song?

pretty sure I have the bootleg from this show and no such song was played. No clue what they could have been referencing either.

i do have this recording. I believe the guy who proposed was named Ben.  There was no song called Chinese Water Torture though. Weird. Also, I wouldn't consider Indestructible to be an emo song either.
