Bin Laden Tape

Recommended Posts

The tape Of Bin Laden showed up by being dropped of at the Al Jazeera offices in Pakistan by some 'unknown person'.

We don't know how much influence it had on the election but we know that it helped the Republicans a hell of a lot more than it hurt.

Searching the web I found this, Larry King interviewing Walter Cronkite.

Walter Cronkite thinks Karl Rove put Osama up to it

Actual transcript from Larry King Live.

KING: OK, Walter. What do you make of this?

CRONKITE: Well, I make it out to be initially the reaction that it's a threat to us, that unless we make peace with him, in a sense, we can expect further attacks. He did not say that precisely, but it sounds like that when he says...

KING: The warning.

CRONKITE: What we just heard. So now the question is basically right now, how will this affect the election? And I have a feeling that it could tilt the election a bit. In fact, I'm a little inclined to think that Karl Rove, the political manager at the White House, who is a very clever man, he probably set up bin Laden to this thing. The advantage to the Republican side is to get rid of, as a principal subject of the campaigns right now, get rid of the whole problem of the al Qaqaa explosive dump. Right now, that, the last couple of days, has, I think, upset the Republican campaign.

actually many people say that it was not a coincidence that that tape was shown up right before elections...

People kept saying to watch for something that benefits Bush to show up just before the election. Sure enough Bin Laden appears. Boo!..you yankees.

Most people say that they voted Bush because they felt he could protect them the most. This is the guy that is scaring you deliberately folks!! Anyway it worked. And what a simple easy thing, just get save the tape until just before the election and then drop it off.

Why would people think that Bush could protect them when Public Enemy #1 is still on the loose and in full working condition? He's the one who attacked America, not Saddam. There was no threat from Iraq to begin with! Because of the neo-con obsession with Iraq, Bin Laden is pretty much being ignored. God help George Bush if another 9/11 happens.

the only reasons they were goin after saddam is because of all the car bombings and executions the were commendend by the iraqi army plus saddam started the gulf war and scince the US didnt capture him they wanted to try again while they had the chance. thats why the war with afghanastan became the war with iraq.

Bin Laden probably wanted Bush to win. I read an article last week that was talking about how Bin Laden was trying to bankrupt the States like Afghanistan bankrupted the Soviet Union. Kerry probably wouldn't waste as much money on the wild goose chase as Bush would, so BL knows Bush would hurt America more. i've read that 9/11 cost BL something like $5500. He's definitley a smart, tho evil cookie,

The story's all over the net.

If it works it would a major coup against the whole western world. We're pretty much all tied together financially.

Time to start stocking up on canned goods, methinks.
