I might....It would depend on how expensive it was. But I know it would never be in stores and I don't buy stuff over the internet, yet. Although it would be a great collection piece, I could say, hey look! I own a record!

Vinyl is awesome. Owns CD's in every way except portabilty and price.

 

 

Also, i remember an interview or something with Matt about Loser Anthems, and how he intentionally put a layer of vinyl-like hiss under the whole thing and tried to give it a vinyl-esque frequency response to make it sound better.

Vinyl is a better format in theory. The sound is stored in a purely analog format. That means when the sound is played back, the result is a pure sinusoidal function. Except for errors in the recording process, vinyl results in a more accurate reproduction of the original sound. I own the Avalanche vinyl and I would but a WLR&RR vinyl.
