I'd love to see an artsy-fartsy video for the 37 track that's coming out with In A Coma. Much like Tommy, or The Wall. It'd be sweet if it was animated.

If it's an old favorite and it's being released as a single, I'd guess it'll be off of the acoustic cd and it'll be Load Me Up, Apparitions, Everything Is Automatic, etc.

As neat as it would be to see one of those songs released with a new video, I doubt that it would be a song that has already been released as a single.

 

Suburbia maybe, Prime Time Deliverance, Tripoli, who knows

Won't be Haven't Slept in Years. He isnt particularly fond of most of the LOTGA songs.

 

I hope that whatever it is, it'll be like the animation in movies like Monty Python and the Holy Grail or something.

Point is, if Matt says he dosen't like something like LOTGA or rico, then chances are its unlikely that he'll be changing his mind about it. Just taking it for what it's worth rather than 'hanging on every word'. You make it sound like we're losing sleep over such matters and thus it will hold some great implications for the rest of our lives based on discussion of a musician on fan message forum. ;)

Hmmm I was kinda half hoping that it would be Haven't Slept in Years. But according to the "We Know Matt Inside and Out" people, Matt doesn't like ANY song on LOTGA!

 

Well I hope he doesn't remake a video then cause thats just boring! Lets go for PTD!

I guess I can discuss publicly now.

 

A friend of mine is working on the video.

Directing it in a way, as much as one can direct an animated video.

 

Basically he's the guy standing behind everyone with a whip yelling "DRAW FASTER YOU FUCKERS!!"

 

Ive seen some bits.

First off, the song its for... perfect.

And the accompanying video, amazing.

 

Seriously you guys will LOVE it.

LOVE it.

 

I can't wait to see a more finished product.
