Matt, what's Futures like>

As for me, it's been mostly The Decemberists Picaresque and Brand New's Your Favourite Weapon, but as of last night, i pulled out Gym Class Heroes Papercut Chronicles and Taking Back Sunday's Tell All Your Friends. I got out Cradle of Filth's Midian this morning. Funky like Funkytown, i tell you what.

It's pretty good, it's kind have half slower songs, and half faster songs. "23"'s intro is very similar to "Everything Is Automatic" as well...

i noticed that too. when i first heard it i thought they were going to cover the song.

for that album i'd say the slower songs are way stronger than the heavier ones. "kill" being a perfect example.

as for cds...

the new pornographers - twin cinema

the constantines - s/t

dredg - catch without arms

spoon - gimme fiction

sparta - wiretap scars

and recently i pulled out incubus' make yourself

I didn't think it was going to be a cover but I did notice the similarity. However, I enjoy the whole disc...
