One of my favourite bands. think of a cross between Ska, classical music, pop-punk, crust-punk and black-metal, with a sense of humour and political lyrics.

 

Atheist Anthem, Gay Rude Boys Unite and Born to Die are three of my favourite songs ever.

They're just the same as Choking Victim. Well, that's because most of the members are from Choking Victim. Personally, I don't like them, and would more so classify them as "crust punk" before any of the other mixes you have. Then again, I don't like any form of punk, so who am I to judge?

Crust punk is the stupidest name for a genre since anything ending in 'core'. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

But yeah, they have the same singer and songwriters, but it's definitely growth. CV was straight-up punk, for the mostpart.

 

 

 

 

As for subgenres, there are definite differences. Personally, i don't think the Clash and the Casualties, for example, have a whole lot in common, sound-wise. I was just trying to give people an idea of what they sound like, cuz most people are lazy and wouldn't listeni to the songs if i just posted them.

It's like black metal and death metal and thrash metal and hardcore. It's all metal but you're trying to give people a better idea of what the band is like.

Leftover Crack aren't balck-metal either, but it's just another genre from which they incorporate elemnet of.
