Least Liked Song On Rooms

I didn't originally start this poll because I thought from the general reactions goin round that it would be lopsided in favour one 1 or 2 songs (primarily NAFL). But after seeing the somewhat surprising results (no votes for strange days?) of the favs poll, I started wondering how this would turn out.

 

As for the way I made the poll, i just did it this way because almost everybody I've talked to in person either hated the new North American For Life, or liked it but less than the rest of the cd. This poll would be pointless if it was completely lopsided, so intead if someone does hate that song they can still pick it but then clarify what they liked second least. Let me clear up before the ragging starts too, that I am not one of the people that hated NAFL and actually enjoy it more than the original version (which i was never a big fan of).

I agree, I refuse to vote for NAFL and something. other then NAFL everything was pretty much golden.

yeah i see where you guys are coming from, even when i voted i had a hard time with that, and it's my friggin poll! but i was just trying to avoid everyone simply voting for north american for life, which would have been an effort in pointlessness. that being said i purposely worded it 'least liked song' so that even if you liked every single song on the cd you could still vote. I personally fall into 'liked every song' category but thought NAFL was the worst and PTD was my second least fav (i expected so much more from it since i loved the original so much). but whatever, it's just a stupid poll and we can just let it run off the board's front page if people don't like making the choice. cheers!

Can't say I dislike any of the songs, they're all good. I wasn't fond of NAFL or HTB at first but I really like them now. My only complaint would be that the endings of Truffle Pigs, Apparitions, AOPC and PTD were cut short. But that's a minor complaint.

if i had to choose, id say "prime time deliverance". i don't know... i just can't get into it for some reason. theres nothing wrong with it, its more just me getting used to it. one day it might be my favorite, but not now.

But really i loved the whole disc, so i didnt vote.

I think the acoustic version of HTB is better than the original. It's so haunting and extremely depressing. I love it.

i really liked the new version of NAFL. i thought it was really haunting. i was on the bus going downtown on friday when i got the cd, and i was listening to it, and i was wanting to cry because i thought that song was really depressing. that and generation x-wing

I loved every song on rooms, including HTB and NAFL.

I suppose if i had to pick a least favourite, itd be apparitions because, like other said, we've heard it before. It still kicks ass though.

NAFL is 10x better on 'Rooms' then it ever was on WLRRR. Also, Apparitions could have been left off, like others have said, we've heard it far too many times. Hello Time Bomb was also fairly well done, I enjoyed it.

I enjoyed all the songs on the disc. But if we're talking about improvement or sounding better or different, I'd have to say my least favorites are Apparitions, Strange Days and Advertising on Police Cars. Like everyone has said, we've all heard Apparitions acousticly, and Strange Days really doesn't sound different from the original version. Advertising on Police Cars is my favorite song from AoB, that version was so haunting, it was surreal. This version is too mellow.

My favorites are, in order: Tripoli, Truffle Pigs, Generation X-Wing, and actually North American for Life (this version is so creepy).
