2) Lullaby For The New World Order 20 vs Raygun 19 <<< that was an awesome match.. so back and forth.

3) South of Summer 6 vs Oh Be Joyful 33

*4) Symbolistic White Walls 34 vs Parable 5

5) Future is X-Rated 29 vs Future is X-Rated (Slow) 9 <<< guess you cant argue with a classic.

6) Invasion One 11 vs Change of Season 28

1)Omissions of the Omen (Annabelle deserves to lose against everything)

2)Fated

3)I Miss New Wave (i'm of the former)

4) haven't heard Ghetto Astronauts, so i'll go with Fearless

5)Apparitions

6) Rico (though there's no way in hell id say its one of the best on underdogs)

7)Going All The Way (Girl Song is THE worst avalanche track)

8)House of Smoke and Mirrors

9) Comfortable Criminals

1) Annabelle (Not really a big fan of OOTO and I like the raw feel of Annabelle)

2) Fated (But I agree with 2004 - Giant is better in my opinion)

3) I Miss New Wave

4) Last of the Ghetto Astronauts (Both good, but I love the flow of LOTGA)

5) I'm staying on the fence for this one (I like the regular version better, but the start in rooms (anger...passion...say hello) really captures the meaning of the song for me)

6) Rico (Another tough call, I had to listen to DL again to see...but Rico is just easier to listen and sing along to)

7) I'm on the fence again (Man you are making this too hard...had to listen to both again...the vocals in SFTG vs. the lyrics of GALW...can't decide)

8) House of Smoke and Mirrors (tough AGAIN!!! but HOSAM is better 'cause it's more meaningful)

9) Waiting For The Great Destruction

9) Waiting For The Great Destruction (I always found Comfortable Criminals to be a cheap immitation of Near Fantastica)

3)I Miss New Wave (urggg, this was tough too. IMNW is a very hit or miss song, and though it's definitely not a hit with me, i still would have to say that it's better than GFB)

1.Omissions of the Omen (one of the best tracks on LOTGA)

2.Fated (fantastic song)

3.I Miss New Wave (so many great pre-MGB demos aren't getting a fair chance because they're being put up against powerhouse songs like this one)

4.Fearless (same as #3)

5.Apparitions (Rooms)(this was the toughest choice in all of round 1. The Apparitions from Underdogs is classic but I like the "passionate-angry" part at the beginning of the Rooms version and I think the emptiness of the new version adds to the song. There's also another acoustic Apparitions that's very good.)

6.Double Life (both good songs but I like the "terrible's in fashion" part in DL)

7.Going All The Way (though I like Song For The Girl a lot too)

8.House Of Smoke And Mirrors (Alabama Motel Room is good, but HOSAM is great)

9.Waiting For The Great Destruction
