Dunno if this has been done befor; it's a slight variation of all the 'what are you listening to?!' etc. threads going on.

My request is to list all the concerts you've been to (if you think the list is too long, name the most relevant) and then pick your favorite and tell why.

I've seen:

Matthew Good (x 4)

Limblifter/Auf Der Maur

David Usher (x 2)

The Hidden Cameras

Pilate/Hawksley Workman

Pygmy Love Circus/A Perfect Circle

Robin Black (shut up; it was free and kinda fun)

Dresden Dolls/Nine Inch Nails

Boom Bip/Interpol

Metric

My favorite ones were David Usher, strangely enough. He's just got a lot of raw energy that doesn't translate into his albums, and he's charismatic... if not conceited. I brought my friend to one of them, who is all anti-mainstream and he was not impressed to be there, but he thinks it was the best concert he's been to as well.

The acoustic Matt Good show comes in at a close second.

Best show I saw sponge(16 candles down the drain..plowed into the sun..yeah those 1 hit wonders) play once on the beach next to the ocean at night. like 200 people there, they played 20 songish so many they ran out of songs they were just playing different covers, then the cops came and shut the show down it was awesome.

2nd/tie was the first time I saw Matt Good play at Arizona's, it was really cool.

HEY! Don't steal their sunshine. ;)

What I find rather disturbing is the girl in that video was kind of all over the guy she was riding the scooter with and that's her brother.
