Canadian Tour

I was just woundering, having see Mat many times in past ten years and actuealy being fortunate enough to meet him, How this current tour that he is on is ranking compaired to previous tours? it would seem like he is finaly playing the audio of being songs.

this tour is really good. His live show is the best its ever been, as far as musicianship and his vocal abilities. Off of AOB he has currently played these four songs on this tour:

Carmelina

Tripoli (acoustic)

Advertising on Police Cars

The Rat Who Would Be King

 

On the white light tour he played :

Rat

Workers Sing A Song of Mass Production

Carmelina

 

and on the avalanche tour he only played

Under The Influence

and pre album release in 2002 he played tripoli a few times i think.

The show in Toronto was the probably the best out of the 16 times i've seen him.

As far as I know, The Rat wasn't played until the Put Out Your Lights Tour (Fall 2004) not WLRARR Tour (Spring 2004).

 

Correct me if I'm wrong.

i was thinking of them as the same tour, but if they are different I was unaware of this, since they both supported the same album. I may be wrong.

same album, separate tours.. example: nine inch nails played toronto this summer on a club tour for their recent album, this fall/winter they are touring arenas for the same album.

Cant wait to see the show I have tickets for Sundays show at the Starlight in Edmonton. thatt is the best venue taht I have ever seen hom at.

It was good, though I also liked the Red's show. I also had a very good spot though ;)

 

 

The Joint was the worst venue here recently though. Bleh.

Reds is terrable. I mean there is a poll in the middle of the floor. Whats with that?

What I didn't like about Starlight Room was how hot it got in there! jeez!

Reds was amazing, but I had an excellent spot.

The Joint was alright, but not my favorite.
