"we Did Not Authorize" Speech

Hey everyone

 

I was wondering, does anyone know where Matt got the "We Did Not Authorize" speech that he used at the beginning of some of his "Put Out Your Lights" concerts last year?

 

I have searched all over for the orgin and cannot find any artist whose album or song has it. I know where the speech itself comes from, but not the audio version Matt used to open his concerts. Did Matt make it himself? Or does anyone know where he got it from? I have a version of it recorded live from a concert, but I would love to have it loud and clear without all the crowd noise.

I am aware of google. Searching for "we did not authorize" does not get me anywhere. I have tried many searches. I know where the speech is from, just not Matt's audio track. I was just cuious if anyone knew.
