Home made music.

I have a brother (well, actually, 5 if you count both my blood brothers, my best friend Dan who is like family, and my brothers-in-law) and my brother Noah and my friend Dan make music. I was wondering if anyone here makes music on their computers or anything. If you want to check out Noah and Dan's music, Click here and it'll take you to Noah's website music page. I'm pretty sure that he doesn't because it's eat up too much of his storage limit or whatever. Some of their songs are really intense when it's the full quality ones, X-Tra Reel and Little Hits sound so damn good on a good stereo.

That is pretty cool and it is kind of video game-ish. My sister and I are muscians too and we have a few songs we want to record but we need to buy ALOT of stuff before we can such: a good microphone, recording software and I need a new guitar. There is also a chance that we will need a new computer first because ours is very old and probably won't be compatible with any of the new programs. Sigh...maybe one day.

Buy a mac, use garage band. Good microphones are overrated (when talking about making demos). But if you want killer sound quality see if you can get access to an anechoic chamber ;)... they are like sound booths... just better (the one at my campus has an 80 db reduction in standard audible frequencies.

Ive tryed to recored my music on my computer through my webcam...didnt work too well though ;)

And now to add to the fun, I just spent 2 hours with Dan here freestyling to random beats. It's some funny shit, I don't really like most rap but freestyling is fuckin fun. We took a Dr. Dre beat and turned it into a freestyle about 70's porn (because the beat sounds like a 70's porn beat)
