New Cd?

Ya, I dont think he will release anything this year, as he is focusing on the tour and still trying to figure out how to approach the next record. I think it will be in 2007 when the next cd is out.

Yeah i think he needs to give it some time for sure. White light rock and roll review was a good album but it was nothing compared to avalanche. If he takes another year i can wait if i get another album with avalanche's quality or Beautiful Midnight's quaility.

I don't mind waiting a long time in between records because it usually = better quality. Usually being the key word there.

As far as the future, Good has been demoing songs, and expects to release a new album sometime in 2007. While promoting In a Coma, Good noted that he might use the release of the compilation to mark the end of the first era of his career, where he could then move on to write "weirder" music. "writing weirder music" to that I would honestly say he already has been with "it's been awhile since I was your man". From ghetto, to raygun, to underdogs, to BM to avalanche...that song is just weird/pure crap!!! IMO of course.

it'll be stuff we haven't heard. i imagine the only demos he may put on it are Black Helicopter and perhaps Breath of a Nation

Breath of a Nation is extraordinary, but the quality is bad in the demo version.

I definetly hope its all new songs, I prefer the surprise when you first put in the CD and you don't have a favorite going in.

I think the next album will be quite different actuall. Listen to Beatutiful Midnight and then listen to White Light, they are very different styles. Obvioulsy they are alike in some ways, but for example buffalo seven is way different then hello time bomb ya know?

A while ago on the mblog he said the he is going to write all his new material on bass first, so I'm sure we will be hearing a new side of based on the change in songwriting
