Is Matt Playing The Bass?

Is Matt really going to play the bass on his next album?

I thought I read it on his site, and I couldn't find it again. This thread is most-likely played out, but does anybody know?

Matt did mention being interested in writing a whole album on bass awhile back on MBlog, but I think it was just a passing idea. I think it's cool for him to experiment with other instruments, but I think the guitar will always be his main passion.
