I've been with the company I'm with now for about a yeah and a half. Although I'm in a completely different position/department now. I started making $7.50/hr and now I make about $14.00/hr. I've never had a formal review/evaluation of any kind. I'm due for another raise in a few months.

 

It's not much cash really for a lot of people but it works for me because my living expenses are like, less than $600 a month.
