even though there are 3 people joining the show, only one person really has me excited. As anyone who loves Steve Carell knows, he started off on a little show called The Daily Show with John Stewart. and for those of you that watch The Daily Show, you also know of a person named Ed Helms. Ed is joining the cast of The Office in a re-occuring role and I could not be happier... unless Stever Colbert also pops up on the show at one point.

 

Anyway, YAY!

I am just getting to the last two shows of the season. As funny as Michael is, I really want to see him get what's comnig to him fro mth way he treats Toby.

The part in the parking lot between Jim and Pam in the finale just really hit me... that's happened to me one too many times.

1) not sure when the new season starts (I know I'm waithign until fucking JANUARY for new episodes of scrubs) but I know that is is starting around the same time as most season permires.

 

2) The Jim and Pam kiss was just one of those moments that made me love the show SO much more. I was watching it with my friends and all of us kinda gasped when it happened because we didn't see it coming.

And the new season starts September 20th I believe and is an amazing 25 episodes, one of them written by the creators of the original British series.

I'm not sure if Ed helms would work. as far as chemistry goes, would it be good or bad to have two people with the same comedic style (helms and carell)?

 

At first I thought not, but I think it should be good. before, everyone seemed to be a pushover . now there can be some comedic back and forth

What was really worth the wait over the summer was at the end of the episode after Michael starts to kiss the gay guy to prove he's not 'homophobic', then Dwight gets up and starts to kiss him too. That was so funny, I almost fell off my chair.

Also, I cracked up at the part when they had the new chick talking to the camera, and she's like 'I don't really like that Jim guy, and what's with him looking at the camera like that all the time', then she did an inpersonation of Jim.
