Little Miss Sunshine

I watched this a couple nights ago and have to say that I was quite taken.

 

I'd recommend it to anyone who likes comedies that are a little left-of-centre... kind of reminded me a bit of The Big Lebowski.

I loved this movie. It wasn't what I was expecting exactly, but it was perfect. I laughed so hard at the end. So did everyone else in the theater, actually.

I plan to rent it. it came out on a weekend where there were 4 new movies in theatres I wanted to see... so I prioritized.

In my mind Steve Carell plus Greg Kinnear means only one thing; hilarious and great acting. As I type I realise that's actually two things, but, whatever.

I completely loved it. Olive is such an easy character to identify with, and you cn't help but love her. And the grandpa is just priceless.

Love this flick saw it 5x times. I feel like it's a mix of Royal Tenanbaums and Arrested Development

Olive is such an easy character to identify with, and you cn't help but love her.

On the contrary. Annoying as hell. And the rest of the kids freaked me right out. Ugh.

 

But the other characters, classic.

I saw it last Friday and I expected something else: for me it was the typical movie you can watch a Sunday, after lunch, laying on the couch before you take a lil nap...
