"foundation" just blew my mind. the hair on my arms is standing up. i can't wait to listen the the rest of his stuff i got. especially the live stuff.

i've heard both those songs ( i got pretty much their whole discography). i've never heard of nick cave, though. i'll look into it.

i'm downloading it, but i just read the description on amazon and i'll be honest: the words "gospel choir" leave me with doubts as to whether i'll like it or not. i almost hope i don't just cuz it's their 13th album and i hate playing catch-up.

actually, i really like the first half. could do without "the lyre of orpheus" i think. kinda drags a little.
