Virus Protection

Okay, so I know nothing about virus protection. I had norton wauy back when, but my computer was such shite that it would slow it down too much to make it worth while. what's worth getting?

I use a buisness version of norton, I don't have to update it every year (it does it itself) and it does a complete virus scan everyonce in a while. works fantastically

Amazingly easy to use, doesn't take up much resources and works remarkably well. I've installed it on many comptuers and it's great.

This is the best program you'll find, in my humble opinion. Norton is a pile of crap.

Norton and MacAffe are both terrible.

AVG is alright.

Avast is effective but annoying.

Panda is effective but extremely annoying.

I use free antipyware stuff from my school. They e-mailed me in July to say that the program had been compromised or something and that I needed to download some patch. Haven't done it...waiting for computer to explode.

It was a joke... I not only have Word, but OpenOffice as well.
