The Black market is on Queen street downstairs on the north side, RIght acroos the street from much music. Between John and Beverly. Its also right beside a book store and HO SOU a susi resturant.

 

THey print using the old style they have a bunch of letters and you pick what you want it to say. Simle text only i believe, you can get those chezzy mess hats with whatever you want on em.
