That being said...the UK doesn't produce very interesting stuff nowadays. I'm going to say the Porcupine Tree DVD, because I like cheating.

also, to shade: making sweeping generalizations about an entire country in saying that they aren't putting out anything interesting lately is a laugh. try looking. the UK is releasing stuff just as great as it was a decade ago, or half a century ago. quality of music isn't affected by the time that it's in, despite popular opinion.

 

i hate it when people say things like "the UK sucks this year" or "2006 was a slow year for music, eh?" shut up.

Calm Down Johhny B Goode. I was just defending the thread maker, you guys were being jerks imo. Plus e-Drama is lame in my opinion

I agree with the Eraser actually.

 

I find the best music comes out of Japan nowadays by the way.

 

As for the wanking remark...nobody mentioned the mars volta...so why bring that word up?
