Samsung Brand Killer Robot Guns

Recommended Posts

I'd be interested to know what gun they have in there. Traditionally, companies tend to use an existing small arms weapon, bolt it into a box and put a mechanical finger on the trigger. Can't be all that hard to do...at least one guy has built a similar device with a paintball gun in it, a couple more with airsoft guns, and many other companies have their own robot sentry gun prototypes.

Main problem would be target identification, I suppose. But I also wonder about force application...does the thing shoot a specified number of rounds and do it again if the target is still moving? Empty the magazine? Doesn't look like a belt feed, and I bet it'd be a pain in the ass to inspect and reload those things under heavy use.
