I quite enjoy Metric. Emily has a neat voice, a bit different but nice. I think Live It Out is their best.

Wow...Mrs. Jesus have you have serious kewl points. I happen to be huge Stevie fan, and of Tom Petty as well. The two together are like putting chocolate in peanut butter, pure awesomeness. Stevie is also really good with Sheryl Crow as well. I have MP3s if you're interested.

I've never been a big fan, but they played here in Ottawa tonight with Bedouin Soundclash (who I have always liked) and I thought they were pretty great. I know live shows can be a lot different from the recorded stuff, but after listening to the new album I've become a bit of a fan.

they've lightened up on the new disc, but by doing so they've lost much of what made them interesting in the first place. now they're just a bland dance-rock band.
