I have the new porcupine tree album. I am decided how guilty I feel listening to it...being a nice guy sucks.

Songs like Capt. Midnight and Aktion are way cool though.

i saw them live when they opened for apc. it was the first time i heard them. they were totally bizarre and i think at least 75% of the crowd hated them.

I saw apc on the 13th step tour...they had a lame indie band open. I've only seen fantomas live...Mike Patton owns though...he sang blame canada...made fun of canadians most the night one way or another.

Okay, Fantomas. I'm only about half way through, but how cool is this? It reminds me of stuff I listened to when I took music theory. With the different movements, segments. Really cool.

Oh ya...the last 20 minutes are just static...The band said only weirdo's would listen to it..har.

 

They were pretty fun live...they mainly played stuff off the director's cut and suspended animation...plus a segment of delerium.

 

They have Dave Lombardo (of slayer) as their drummer...it's great stuff.

i'm a liar, it wasn't apc, it was tool. lateralus tour. sorry. when i saw apc it was the icarus something or other one show and the mars volta at the other.

 

i don't know how they were dressed because i was not close enough to really see their clothing. plus it was like 5 years ago, man. i can't even remember if maynard was painted blue at that show or if i just saw pictures of him painted blue somewhere else.

 

i've always wanted to hear fantomas but since i live in the stone age i can't download anything you put up in this thread. ;)
