Though I never really respected Timbaland or Nelly Furtado so I'm fine. Though is sucks to be that guys that got ripped off.

I personally find the song to be quite annoying (from the original, to the ringtone to this latest Nelly Furtado joint) but that's beside the point. It's plagarism and copytight infringement, pure and simple.

I find it especially telling that, according to the original linked site, the actual songwriters feel powerless to mount a legal challenge as they simply can't afford it. Says a lot about citizens' access to the justice system, doesn't it?
