Okay, so maybe I'll give this movie a chance.

I want to grab the Cliff Mansell song from near the end, when Ryan Reynolds is in the hospital, but i'm pretty sure it's not "shell shocked" or "FBI", the two Cliff Mansell tunes that appear on the OST. I guess i should wait to rip it from the DVD?

It's Shell Shock. I stole it from a streaming preview of the soundtrack I found online. A little glitchy in one spot, but it's a decent copy.

Well I finally went to see this movie (a month later), and I thought it was great. I really don't understand critics' sometimes, why can't they just relax and enjoy a good movie?

Probably because they're PAID to analyze movies instead of relaxing? Duh.

Yeah, its no "Lion King", but y'know! prestige was better than final fantasy advent children! which pwned bill and ted. So from my review, dont expect dudes with flying swords when it comes to hitler moustaches and bullet catches. DURR. Screw critics. its a movie you should form your own bias by watching on your own.

 

My problem is, i go into movies expecting something kick ass, with brutal bloody violence, nonsense of killings... For instance, i was disappointed by Saw 3, because i thought it'd be crazier than what it was. No, watch Smokin Aces for what it is, you cant really compare it to anything else, and it IS entertaining!

You know, I was looking forward to it quite a bit, and I rented it the other day. Honestly, it wasn't that great. It was kinda slow and the ending was predicted and cheesy.
