Seriously though, I don't particularly mind being alone on Valentines day. Mainly because it's a big marketing ploy like most other holidays. Do I want someone to buy me roses for 3 times the regular price because it was declared that they should on this random day? Fuck no. Pick another day. Be creative.

My V-Day stress isn't related to the nature of the holiday itself--just the way it seems to affect all the other people in my life.
