Green Day is not political, they only did a political album about how "bad" the "Iraq war" was... That's not political, that's cliche. The Hives are more about telling people who think they are "rebels" like Green Day are not actually rebels and are doing exactly what everyone else is doing. Fighting conformity. It's political in a social sense.

 

The Hives are innovative marketers. They gave themselves a huge ego. When I still listenend to the radio, I remember hearing djs play their songs and then trash their ego. However, their music got out there in any event.

well, if you ask me, i'm surprised that you ever made it with a woman in the first place. it just goes to show that offering candy to little girls really DOES work for some!

when i say punk rock opera, i use the term 'punk' loosely. i don't want to get into a nowhere arguement over who is and isn't punk, cuz those go, well...nowhere.

I like it whenever someone says "cuz" instead of "because." Then I don't have to pay attention to whatever they said.

you had to get pretty far through what i said to see it, cuz it was near the end of what i said. i type it that way cuz that's how i say it. "cause" means something else, and "'cause" with the apostrophe indicating the shortened pronunciation looks stupider, to me, than cuz. of course you didn't pay any attention to this explanation, cuz you aren't paying attention to anything i'm saying, cuz i type cuz.
