I didn't look at your updated lyrics, to be honest. I assumed you were combining that version with a bunch of others.

this song reminds me of Avalanche, and could have very well fit in with theme of that album.

as for the song, i definitely think it's the best one.

 

i think what i'm finding with this record is that the parts that are supposed to be "big" (i.e. the second part of ASE or the chorus of 99%) don't really sound big at all, they almost sound quieter than the solely acoustic parts. which to me seems out of whack. i don't know, maybe it's just me.
