Very-local London punk band from the mid 90s to early 2003 when they broke up, they're amazing though. Called "Sanseiru", which is Japanese for something, just not sure what.

 

They're so local that when I ordered their two albums online the lead singer dropped them off himself.

 

But I really got into them.

but really, the whole albums are good, everyone should give them a listen if you're into punk at all.
