I don't know if anyone else has heard of this. But it's Todd Fancey from The New Pornographers, and formerlly from Limblifter's project. Kurt Dahle (currently in The New Pornographers, formerlly in Limblifter, and The Age of Electric) helps out somewhat on the album too among quite a few others. I find it's very 60sish, but I like it. He has a website, www.fancey.org and I think there are a couple songs on it.
