Avs are going to win the cup

ottawa will not trade for luongo because they just signed mike morrison.

toronto will not get luongo unless they unload belfour, and that doesnt look to be happening.

montreal just got aebischer, who is playing the best hockey of his career.

We won't get Luongo because Tellqvist is proving himself to be starter material, so we won't need to get a high-profile goalie.

 

Secondly, we won't get Luongo because Tellqvist will leave either next season or the season after. We suck too much to keep a first-rate goalie around for too long. We first need a team that can win a stanley cup, then a goaltender that can win one.

 

However, pigs will fly before Toronto puts together a quality team.
