Are Electric Shows Gone?

Yeah this threads is just about electric guitar concerts. Don't get me wrong, i love Matt's acoustic shows, but i miss the electric ones.

Any clues on whether they will happen?

Or conjecture will do fine too.

He's mentioned a few times to look out for news regarding a full band tour in Canada this year, so who knows.

the costs of hiring a band, extra crew members and touring their gear around the country far outweighs the costs of touring as a solo acoustic show. considering the ticket prices dont fluxuate with regards to the type of tour, there's more money in matt's pocket at the end of a solo run.

I'd love to see the full band come around again though too... i've seen basically everything acoustic already. i hope he plays some shows plugged in later in the year...
