the founder of "child find" was a client of mine... he was a scammer in every sense of the word.

 

 

his first scam way back in the day was to go through the obituaries and track the deceased's spouse, find their addresses and send them a package COD - addressed to the deceased, a short time after the memorial. he said almost every single widow(er) 'took the bait' and pay anywhere from $20 to $125 only to find a bible in the box.

 

talk about milking grief.
