today i went to the post office to mail some shit

and the guy working said he couldn't send it

because i put canada after the zip code

and i said

but i've sent stuff here a bunch of times

just like this

and it always gets there

this is how they told me to write the address

at the other post office

and he SNATCHED the box out of my hand and said

well fine i'll send it

but if it doesn't get there

you're not holding us responsible

and i said you know what, just don't worry about it

and he gave me my customs forms to fill out

and i left

and i hope he dies

because he was so rude i wanted to cry

so now i'll be lucky if these goddamn packages

make it to canada before fucking christmas

and i've had them for way too long already

Something sort of like that happened to me once when buying something off eBay. I won the auction, and sent a money order, which I didn't sign, as I've been buying from eBay for years now and bought hundreds of items through it. Not once had the absent signature bothered anyone or stood in the way of any transaction in that time. But this one guy got on my case about it for some reason; sent me an email telling me that I didn't sign it. I write back saying it shouldn't matter and that if he needs a signature, I don't care if he throws it on there himself. He writes back a few days later telling me it's too late and that he's mailed the MO back for me to sign, and then has the nerve to alert the eBay admins that I've not paid in the alotted time, even though I had and he was just being anal about the signature.

People and their power trips are probably the worst thing in the world. If I were you, I'd start sending a letter about how you hate this person to somewhere in Northern Canada every day, each with the same 'mistake,' then on the one year aniversary of this event, kidnap him, dress him in a monkey suit, and send him in a giant Loony Tunes style crate to the same adress you've been sending the letters. Good idea? Bad idea?
