yes it drug on.

yes owen wilson and vince vaughn play the same characters every time.

yes it was unneccesarily sappy

yes it was predictable

 

almost every comedian in rfecent history has had the same style. guess why. because it sells. vince vaughn had probably about a half a dozen decently funny monologues throughout the length of this flick, and they made me laugh.

 

it might not have been as good as a movie produced by james cameron that has a budget of $200,000,000 and takes place in ancient rome 400 years ago, but who cares? i had a few laughs and killed an hour or so. when you really think about it, its a lot better than smoking a rock of crack and sketching out for the same amount of time for the same amount of bucks.

I thought it was funny. The joke I laughed at most was the "she tried to poison his oatmeal" line.

Wow. Even in anchorman? Celebrity Jeopardy on SNL?

Yes. Especially in Anchorman. I think he tries really hard (too hard in fact) but just isn't very funny.

I didn't want to see it, but the GF did. I was surprised, it was much better than I expected, good for some laughs. Mindless entertainment.
