[Crusader]

Our photo gallery was hit with an injection attack yesterday so anyone who was using an unsecured version of Internet Explorer (with Java enabled) might have been hit.

 

The homepage, photo gallery, and forums were affected. It hit any Internet Explorer user viewing our website.

 

If you were hit or think you might have, our sincerest appologies. We've patched the problem with the photo gallery and are in the process of moving it off of the main website for added security.

 

I suggest you all run your anti-virus programs as well as any malware scanning software.

If you do not have a malware scanner, we suggest Spybot: Search and Destroy. It can be downloaded here: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/mirrors/index.html

Explorer or Internet Explorer?

 

Either way scan the crap out of it, use whatever Virus scanner you have and try the home scanner through www.antivirus.com

avg fucked my computer up big time. after i installed it and ran it, the computer shut down and didnt start up normally until the tech guy who sometimes shows up here fixed it.

I have Symantec and Avast. Symantec has decided that since I have Avast, it will shut itself off. Is this a problem?

Norton/Mcaffee blow and cost money. AVG is decent. Avast! is annoying but decent. Panda is annoying. Nod32 is great but costs money. There you have it.

i think you can get nod32 for $30 at some places now. pretty affordable
