I watched the stuff with Bodie Miller. Arrogant Americans failing miserably...the joy.

I watched the figure skating stuff, speed skating, for no reason other than boredom. Why is it that this is the Olympics and yet nearly every skater fell at least once during their set? This is the best we can do?

it wasn't like that in MY day.

I'm sure the 1918 Oslo Winter Olympics had much higher standards.

The Winter Olympics haven't been interesting since that catty little snob got clubbed.

There were no 1918 Winter Olympics... The first winter Olympic sport wasn't played in the Olympics till 1920 at the summer games no less, then four years later in 1924 the first Winter Olympics took place.

I watched a couple of events. But the coverage here was really crappy and biased. For example, there was some kind of speed skating things, and the announcers were like, "there are two Korean competitors in this event, now it's against the rules for athletes of the same country to conspire together to gain an advantage of some sort. Of course it's likely they'll do so anyways because it's impossible to prove. There are also two American athletes in this event, but they do not conspire."

I was talking about NBC.

I couldn't deal with NBC. They would mostly only show events that had an American competitor. Obviously, CBC will be biased too but they seemed to show more events that perhaps didn't even have a Canadian competitor.

I enjoy all sports and just watching them in general.
